What to Expect During Your Same Day Sick Visit…..

  • Consent Forms will be emailed once your appointment is booked, if you do not have a chance to fill them out prior they will be done during your appointment time

  • You will sit down with the Nurse Practitioner to discuss your symptoms and review medical history

  • Physical Examination will be performed

  • Treatment plan will then be created and may include: over the counter medications, prescription medications, laboratory testing, vitamins, diet plan, etc.

  • You along with the Nurse Practitioner will review all the options, then you will decide how you want to proceed with treatment

  • This appointment typically lasts 30 minutes

Office Visit- $75 (price does not include testing, medication, or IV treatments)

Blumologie does not process insurance payments. You can use HSA/FSA card payments if your plan allows, we also accept Care Credit and Cherry Payment Plans.
